1. Restructuring of Ministry of Commerce and Industry (i) Strengthening of the staff of Departments of Commerce and Small Scale Industries. (ii) Restructuring of OSDEV.
2. Preparation of Ondo State Industrial Policy Document (i) Design of framework for preparation of the document. (ii) Draft for EXCO approval. (iii) Printing of approved version.
3. Reactivation of Ailing Industries and Completion of On-going Industrial Projects
(i) Financial and technical audit of the ailing Companies. (ii) Negotiating with investors/technical partners. (iii) Packaging the privatization of such companies. (iv) Aggressive publicity to create public awareness on privatization of the companies. (v) Preparation of status report on the on-going industries and determination of way forward.
4. Establishment of Entrepreneurial Development Programme (i) Identification of Resource Persons. (ii) Development of training modules. (iii) Establishment of the training center in Akure. (iv) Rehabilitation of the Trade Fair complex.

Reactivation of Ailing Industries and Completion of On-going Industrial Projects (i) Sourcing for investors/technical partners continues. (ii) Organizing investors forum. (iii) Aggressive publicity to create public awareness on privatization continues. (iv) Privatization of affected companies.
4. Establishment of Entrepreneurial Development Programme. (i) Extend Entrepreneurial Development Programme to other Local Government Areas. (ii) Production of Standard Measure (Kongo). (iii) Rehabilitation of the Trade Fair Complex. (iv) Collaboration with the Federal Government to establish a Technology Business Incubation Centre. (v) Initiate Commercial/Industrial extension service.
5. Publication and Dissemination of Investment Guide for Ondo State (i) Upgrading the Raw Materials Display centre. (ii) Road shows to showcase the potentials of Ondo State through Trade Fairs, Nigerian Economic Summit, National Council meetings, foreign missions and other investment fora. 6. Establishment of at least Four New Industries in Areas where Ondo State has Comparative Advantage (i) Sourcing for investors/technical partners - continues. (ii) Equity contribution to the four industries to be established. (iii) Effective take-off of companies.
7. Establishment of Industrial Parks and Estates (i) Feasibility studies for other Parks and Estates. (ii) Advertisement. (iii) Screening and setting up of allocation committee. (iv) Training of users. (v) Industrial extension support services. (vi) Upgrading the facilities at Akure Industrial Park.
8. Compilation of an Updated Register of Business Premises (i) Collection of fees and levies to commence by Board of Internal Revenue. (ii) Renovation of Ondo, Owo, Akure, Ikare and Okitipupa zonal offices. (iii) Assessment, registration and computerization of business premises. (iv) Licensing of artisans continues.
9. Liaising with Appropriate Agencies, Establishments and Local Fabricators to Promote Local Technology (i) Identify and document the agencies/establishments/local fabricators. (ii) Establish necessary linkage between the potential users and the fabricators. (iii) Publicity of the programme to the general public.
10. Establishment of a Virile Micro Credit Agency (i) Sourcing for low interest funds from Banks. (ii) Create awareness through symposia, lectures, workshops and conferences. (iii) Disbursement of loans continues.
